For 4-6 person
Ingredients:
- Okara Powder 20g https://shorturl.at/TrePF ( AMAZON)
- Armond milk 100g
- Sugar substitute 20g Splenda
- Baking powder 3g
- Vanilla Extract ( few drops.)
How to Cook
1: Crack the egg into a bowl and use a fork or a whisk
2: Add 100g Armond milk
3: Add 20g Sugar substitute / Splenda
4: Mixed lightly
5: Add 20g Okara powder & 3g Baking powder and mix
6: Put few drops of vanilla extract and mix until smooth
7: Place the mixture into the mold and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes
8: Remove it and let it cool down.
